VISA INVITATION LETTER

The 2011 International Joint Conference on Neural Networks can provide you with a letter indicating that you have an accepted paper at IJCNN. This letter will include your name, the title of your paper, and will further state that you have registered for the conference. Such a letter may be useful when applying for a U.S. visa. If you would like to have such a letter provided to you, please e-mail your request to:

Please note that such a letter can only be issued to registered conference attendees. When requesting this letter:

a) Please meake sure that "Request for a visa letter for IJCNN 2011" appears in the subject line.

b) Include registration payment confirmation you received from IJCNN in the body of your e-mail.

Also include the following:

Your full name (as it appears on your passport) - please use CAPITAL letters for Your family name (also called your last name or surname)

Your "pre-title" (Dr., Mr., Ms.)

Your complete job title (for example: BS/MS/PhD student, Research Associate, Assistant Professor, Director, Research Scientist (companies/ government) etc.)

Your affiliation (university, company, organisation etc.)

Postal address (this may be either your work or home address, whichever you prefer), make sure that you include room number (if required), building, street, city, state, postal code and country

Email address

Your IJCNN paper submission number(s) and title(s).

This information is required so that we can send you an electronic letter of invitation, but it does not give you a visa or guarantee that the U.S. embassy will grant a visa. Please allow 5 days for an email response, or 3 weeks for delivery of a "paper mail" invitation letter.
